This page explains how users may request deletion of personal data that Determinist has collected.

• Upon a valid request, we may delete personal data including:

• Name, email address, and phone number

• Conversation records with our AI systems

• Inquiry and support communications

• Any personal data provided directly to us

Some data may be retained if required by law, contractual obligations, or legitimate business purposes.

Processing Timeline

We aim to process all valid data deletion requests within 30 days, in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

Data Collected on Behalf of Clients

If your data was collected through a chatbot or AI system operated on behalf of one of our clients, your request may be forwarded to the relevant client, who acts as the data controller.

Confirmation of Deletion

Once your request has been processed, we will notify you via email.
